Think you can escape the darkness? You’ll get to find out now that Allison’s Diary: Rebirth is available on Xbox One.

Available to purchase and download on Xbox One from the Xbox Store, Allison’s Diary: Rebirth from KR Games and Star Consult is the latest horror title to come to Xbox One, promising to once more allow fans of the genre the opportunity to fight… or run.

Priced at £8.39, Allison’s Diary: Rebirth is a terrifying first person horror title, one in which you get to explode the world around you, trying to uncover the reasons and truth behind the night in which Allison killed her parents. But whilst playing detective is a huge part of what this experience delivers, it’s not the main arc, as you are left to try and survive against the darkness.

With just your trusty flashlight to hand – yeah, yeah, usual horror tropes – it’ll be up to you to decide when to run, and when to fight, going up against an AI system that ensures the game is different every single time you play it.

Throw in the opportunity to have free navigation through multiple environments, and the promise of ‘next-gen’ visuals and audio, and there should be much to love about Allison’s Diary: Rebirth on Xbox One. Our full review will be along at some point to either confirm or utterly deny these facts.

If you wish to give Allison’s Diary: Rebirth a little go, the Xbox Store will sort you out with a download. Let us know in the comments if you decide to grab it.

Game Description:

“In a frightening night of 1956, a nine years old child, Allison, killed her parents and died in a dreadful asylum. The diary she wrote is said to contain the horrible truth about how she killed them. You are Guglielmo Carter, a dauntless reporter interested in finding her diary and revealing its hidden secrets.” Allison’s Diary: Rebirth is a first person survival horror, where you will have to search for the truth while exploring realistic and graphically stunning environments, facing terrible enemies and scary jump scares. Escape from entities in the darkness, or try to fight lighting them up with the only weapon you have: your flashlight. Collect batteries to recharge it, and get items and clues useful to proceed in the story.
