What coffee will you be serving up?

We love our coffee, but whilst we’ll tinker with grinds for days on end at home, rarely have we ever considered ourselves for the barista life. That possibly changes with the release of Barista Simulator on Xbox.

Available right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is Barista Simulator. Now, we don’t think we need to sit here and spout on and on about what this one does – it pretty much covers it in the title.

A new take on the coffee talk

What? You need more? Okay then. Barista Simulator hits the Xbox world thanks to the CubeCube Sports team. We’re not sure what they know about coffee, but we’re willing to let them try and educate us as they teach all the tricks and tips of the trade.

From opening a humble cafe, to ordering the finest machines and creating the best damn coffee the world has ever seen, Barista Simulator focuses much more on the customers that rock up to your gaff. Perhaps not quite like that in Coffee Talk, but instead more in line with a regular coffee shop.

You’ll need to take their orders, dish up their goods and send them on their merry way in Barista Simulator on Xbox. And the quicker/better you do that, the more cash will come in to your coffers. Rinse, repeat, for days and weeks to come.

Purchase now

If you think that sounds like a job for you, then you’ll find Barista Simulator on the Xbox Store. It’s playable across Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, with optimised glory in place for latter consoles. It’s reasonably well priced too, running a ÂŁ16.74 tag.

Will you be honing your barista skills now that Barista Simulator is on Xbox? Let us know in the comments. We’ll get you a review as soon as we can.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
