It usually comes with a £14.99 price tag, but right now, and for the next couple of weeks, the awesome Darksiders has been stripped of its cost…at least that is if you are an Xbox Live Gold member.
The Xbox Games With Gold scheme is back and now that April is here, it’s time to grab a new game or two. One of the first to be sent for free to all Xbox Live Gold subscribers is Darksiders, the native 360 title that is also making the most of Xbox One Backward Compatibility.
Now, if you’ve never played the game, then we urge you to get involved with War, trying to help him out in his struggle between Heaven and Hell, all whilst he attempts to fight his way out. You’ll find a wonderful, but rather linear, world to explore as War goes on the rampage, trying to conquer Hell’s most terrifying inhabitants, utilising his awesome Chaos Form at every opportunity.
You’ve got until the middle of April 2017 to download Darksiders for free, after which that £14.99 price will be put back in place, and whilst it would be nice to have seen the rematsered Xbox One version appearing for nothing, we’re never going to complain about this hack n slasher.
