8floor Games are at it again. Not content with having pushed out around four million games over the course of 2023, the prolific publishers are once more moving on out and allowing Xbox players the chance to take in another mythical journey. This time they get to do it with Argonauts Agency 2: Pandora’s Box.
Another 8floor Games game
It was less than a month ago that we reviewed 8floor Games’ Argonauts Agency 1: Golden Fleece. But as it pretty much standard 8floor fare, the sequel is already with us. With the Golden Fleece being one of our favourite 8floor titles of the year, we’ve got high hopes for Argonauts Agency 2: Pandora’s Box.
Available right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S for £4.19 is Argonauts Agency 2: Pandora’s Box. Possibly running as a sequel to the first game – or maybe not, we’ll find out in full review – Argonauts Agency 2: Pandora’s Box looks to run exactly like all other 8floor Games games. Multiple levels, a weird throwaway plot, plenty of quests and some simple gameplay that needs actioning. If you’re at all familiar with what has come before it, you’ll be right at home here.

One clear sunny morning, peace at the Argonaut Agency was disrupted. A famous collector arrived suddenly with trouble on his heels. He asked for help in solving a problem with one of his artifacts. As it turned out, Pelias had accidentally opened Pandora’s Box in his storeroom. Now a real cataclysm was forming above his home, and picking up speed, and Pelias himself was being followed by all the trouble and disaster of the world. Something had to be done about Pandora’s Box at once!
