We’ve spent far too many hours frequenting the lands of Stardew Valley and have sprinkled more magic than you could ever imagine in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Now it’s time to do it all over again in Everdream Valley on Xbox.

Available right now as the latest life/farming sim to launch on Xbox platforms, Everdream Valley is from the Mooneaters and Untold Tales (recently behind the brilliant Bang-On Balls: Chronicles) teams. It releases to please eager Xbox gamers looking for a new addiction, as school ends and summer kicks in to play. And yeah, we know the timing ain’t the best, but let’s run with it through our cold harsh winter. 

Everdream Valley runs a price of £20.99 from the Xbox Store, playable across both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Dip in and open the wallet and you’l find yourself working the lands of your grandparents’ most delightful of farms. It’s here where you get to work, tending to your veggies, raising your crops and ensuring to the needs of all your animals. 

A loop that we’ve honed in many a game previously, we can see many an Xbox gamer jumping in to Everdream Valley with the most wild of ideas and dreams. Whether or not they can all play out, will be another question.

• Create an Animal Paradise – Everdream Valley has very few people disturbing the peace so animals thrive here.
