Yep, Gigantic is back – and it’s here with the new Rampage Edition.
Available right now on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One is Gigantic: Rampage Edition. Recently announced as a return of the MOBA Hero Shooter from years gone by, it ditches free to play fun for a premium, definitive edition. It’s also on PS4, PS5 and PC should you prefer.
A return of the Hero Shooter
Having run a course back in 2017 before seeing the servers shuttered, Gigantic blasts back to the modern day gamer with a £16.74 price tag in tow. For that money you’ll find a game that looks to deliver some dynamic and super exciting team-based multiplayer action, with a range of heroes to choose from.
23 heroes return in the Rampage Edition, each with their own skills and abilities. Teaming up with others, making the most of those options and looking to take charge of various objectives is the name of the game. Oh yeah, and you’ll want to consider trying to take down your opponent’s Guardian too.
If you played Gigantic back in the day, you should know what to expect here. It’s just the Rampage Edition is looking to ramp things up further. A new game mode is included, as is cross-platform play, new heroes, new maps and gameplay enhancements.
