life is strange 2 ep 4

It may not have wowed the crowds quite as much as the original episodic series did, but Life is Strange 2 is still well worth a play. Today the fourth chapter of the tale arrives for download, with ‘Faith’ continuing the Diaz brothers’ journey towards a new life.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, Life is Strange 2 Episode 4 ‘Faith’ carries on from where Episode 3 left off, as the saga picks things up in Humboldt County, in a California hospital no less.

Should you have not yet played any of the latest in the Life is Strange 2 experience then you may well wish to look away now, and wait until you’ve caught up, as the next few lines will possibly start to spoil what has gone before it.

See, it is this California hospital in which Sean wakes to find out that Daniel is still missing. Wounded and still under arrest, Sean finds himself answering the toughest of questions from the finest law enforcement officers, and from here on out, only quick thinking – and some unexpected allies – will see him reach freedom.

“In Episode 4, we re-join Sean at his lowest point. The disaster that separated him from his brother has scarred him for life, and he is lost, alone and in quite a bit of trouble,” said Michel Koch & Raoul Barbet, Co-Creative Directors of Life is Strange 2. “Sean is already at a breaking point, and now faces some of the toughest situations in his life as he desperately searches for Daniel, whose absence hangs heavy over the whole episode. Considering what happened in that California Redwood forest, even if he can locate his brother – he can’t be sure of who, or what he will find.”

If you’re up for heading on out in the Nevada sun and wish to help Sean make some tough choices whilst he hunts for Daniel, then Episode 4 ‘Faith’ of Life is Strange 2 is one you’ll just have to take in. In fact, should you have played through the first 3 chapters already then taking in this latest episode as early as possible will probably be the way to go.

To get access you will either find it automagically downloading thanks to a purchase of the Complete Season, or heading your way once you’ve splashed out the individual asking price of £6.79. Whatever your choice, the Xbox Store will sort out Xbox One gamers, while those on other formats will need to track it down by searching through the relevant digital store.

Our full review will follow in the days ahead, but if you wish to know more about how the series is progressing then checking out our thoughts on Episode 1, Episode 2, or Episode 3 should at the very least be considered.
