2026's Best Games

No Man’s Sky Next is fast approaching release on Xbox One and today Hello Games has detailed a number of the changes we can expect to find when the game takes its NEXT step.

Coming to Xbox One on July 24th 2018, with the multiplayer additions many are craving also hitting those on PS4, No Man’s Sky Next promises to finally see the game arrive as the go-to sci-fi adventurer that many originally wanted.

With a huge infinite universe to explore – with friends of course -, bases to build, space battles to take part in, and all manner of wonderful experiences to make, No Man’s Sky certainly looks to be on the verge of something even more special than before.

Today though Hello Games have released a brand new video for the game, one which goes into detail in regards the changes that have taken place since original launch. Whilst there have been literally hundreds of amendments, the video below focuses in on the 11 you really need to know about, highlighting a regenerated universe, newly opened portal stargates, new biomes, deeper trading, exocraft for advanced exploration, new modes (Survival/Permadeath/Creative), base building, new missions/story, terrain manipulation, crashed/interstellar freighters, and deeper space combat.

With No Man’s Sky on Xbox One including all the major updates, plus a ton of smaller ones, if you weren’t hyped for the arrival of the game on this side of the gaming line, then you should seriously start getting excited.

Take a watch of the video below and let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

No Man’s Sky is coming – and it promises to be something pretty damn awesome.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
