Taking on the role of a Japanese sun goddess, Amaterasu, who inhabits the form of the legendary white wolf Shiranui, the aim is to bring about the demise of an eight-headed demon called Orochi. You must use Amaterasu’s special abilities, attacks and the innovative Celestial Brush techniques to restore life and colour into the now ruined land of Nippon. In Ōkami HD, the gorgeous art style has been restored to take advantage of the 4K support to look the best it ever has done. Players can even choose between a modern widescreen format and the original 4:3 ratio it released with the first time it launched.
