Sometimes all you want to do is let loose and dance!
Okay, maybe not everyone – but that is certainly true for many and Just Dance 2019 is here to cater to such people. With over 40 of the newest hits from the biggest artists like Bruno Mars, Cardi B and Sean Paul, whatever your genre and preferences, there should be a good array of tunes to select from and dance to.
As is the standard with the Just Dance franchise, expect to be mimicking an on-screen character surrounded by wacky environments if you want to obtain the highest scores, and if you fancy battling against a couple of friends for dancing supremacy the opportunity is very much there, as you can have multiple players dancing at once. Using the multiplayer in conjunction with the smartphone app in which your phone is used as a controller just makes things easier.
And if you somehow tire of the plethora of songs at launch, subscribing to the Just Dance Unlimited service will boost your music library by the hundreds continually throughout the year – and you can have this subscription for a whole month by just purchasing the game.
Further features added to make the Just Dance experience better include Just Dance Kids for the little ones, as well as the online World Dance Floor, where you dance with countless others across the world. Furthermore, the presence of an always ‘learning’ game AI will allow you to pick from computer generated playlists the game thinks you will enjoy, based upon previously selected tunes.
Just Dance 2019 is now available on Xbox One for $39.99, whilst you should also be able to grab it on Xbox 360, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Wii U and (somewhat strangely), Wii! Those of us in Europe or the UK will need to hold tight just a few more days until the 26th October.
