Boasting an impressive 30 additional hours of playtime, Construction Simulator – Airfield Expansion releases today on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It’s also on PlayStation and PC. Additionally, it comes for free to those of you with the Construction Simulator – Year 1 Season Pass.
This new DLC provides players with the opportunity to construct an airfield. It whisks you off to both the US and EU (Germany) maps present in the game, with each new construction campaign providing five main jobs, and a plethora of sub-tasks within. Constructing runways, terminals, and control towers ain’t easy, you know!
Of course, the Airfield Expansion content is just one tiny piece of the extensive gameplay that the main game offers up. For those of you not in the know, Construction Simulator takes you to both the US and Germany, and throws a ton of challenges your way. You’ll need to make use of a variety of construction vehicles to sculpt the land and erect new roads, buildings and the like to fulfil the requirements of your contract. This can be done as a solo player, or in an online party of up to four.
