Three Fields Entertainment have seemingly made a bit of a name for themselves with their ‘Danger’ run of games – Dangerous Golf, and Danger Zone 1 and 2. Back in 2018 though they also announced another game, Dangerous Driving, and today they are not just revealing a ton of details about the game, but a fully confirmed release date is also in place.
So, coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC (the Epic Games Store no less), Dangerous Driving will be launching on April 9th 2019, promising a thrilling arcade racing experience.
With the team at Three Fields powered by the creative talent behind the genre-defining Burnout series, Dangerous Driving is aiming to put aggression back into the racing genre, attempting to recapture the spirit of the past and elevating it to new heights.
As you may expect with the current hardware specifications that Three Fields are getting to work with, this will see Dangerous Driving offering unparalleled physics and mass destruction as players compete against ruthless opponents across a host of unique locations. Moving at breakneck speeds, you will not only be found battling rival drivers, but also dangerous roads in 30 perilous courses, with them set across seven different locations.
There will be numerous ways to play too, with a variety of modes allowing players who want to wreck their opponents in the adrenaline-fuelled Takedown races the chance to do so. Alternatively you can chain your way to perfection in Heatwave races, be the last car standing in Eliminator, or rule every road possible in Road Rage. If none of that takes your fancy then taking the law into your own hands by apprehending wanted suspects in Pursuit Mode is also possible.
Further to this and Dangerous Driving will be catering for those who wish to race offline against remorseless AI drivers in over 8 different event types, or online against 7 other aggressive players. However you play, unlocking deadly new cars and aggressive abilities will happen as progression is made.
