Valley gets new extended trailer, release date and pre-order option on Xbox One

-

2026's Best Games

We’ve already told you a fair bit about Valley, but today you can find out even more with a new extended narrative trailer revealing further twists and secrets. Oh, and it’s also got a release date and has gone up for digital pre-order on Xbox One!

Due for release on September 24th 2016 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, Valley not only looks gorgeous, but comes with huge expectation. From the creators of Slender: The Arrival, Valley will see players pilot the L.E.A.F. exosuit, enhancing their physical abilities to new levels of strength. That will obviously make life easier as you travel through the huge world Valley is set in, exploring, collecting orbs of life, dashing through forests, leaping structures, and uncover clues – all while wielding control over the life and death of the living creatures and plant life around you.

You can find out even more of the wonderful world in the extended narrative trailer below.

If you like what you see, then make sure you head on over to the Xbox One Games Store too as you can now drop the cash ahead of its release. It’s priced at $19.99 and doesn’t currently seem to be available in Europe, but we’re pretty sure it’ll appear at some point.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
