Virgo Versus The Zodiac is on Xbox

Take one look at Virgo Versus The Zodiac on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch or PC. You’ll immediately know if it’s for you. This cutesy pixelated JRPG is full of the stuff that makes turn-based fans tick. Anime cutscenes, tons of abilities to use in combat – you know, that kinda stuff!

An Obsessed Villain

In a break from the norm, Moonana’s Virgo Versus The Zodiac has you playing as the villain of the piece. Virgo, the Holy Queen, has been ushering in an era of mayhem to the Zodiac Realms. And it’s that which leads many to refer to her as the Dreadful Queen. You’ll show them, as Virgo Versus The Zodiac launches on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch.

By fighting against a number of foes in colourful, pixelated turn-based combat, you’ll attempt to restore the world to a Golden Age. At least, it’s a Golden Age in your eyes!

Dynamic Movement

Blocking, countering and predicting what moves your enemies will deploy is essential to mastering the combat found within Virgo Versus The Zodiac.

The mix between offensive and defensive skills makes the gameplay a dynamic experience. It’s something that will have you constantly on your toes, ideally a few steps ahead of your foes.

Key Features

  • A unique turn based combat system featuring timed-actions and counterattacks that favors a balance of offense and defense, rewarding a deliberate mind and swift fingers.

Game Description

Virgo Versus The Zodiac is a sci-fi/fantasy JRPG with a focus on memorable characters and unique combat mechanics in which you play as an obsessed villain.

The game features traditional turn-based combat with real-time execution of moves: blocking, countering and timing your attacks carefully as well as predicting your foes’ moves is essential to succeed in Virgo’s twisted and unforgiving cosmic quest to bring back the Golden Age, a period of peace, symmetry and balance, or so she thinks.

In this galaxy where every action means a reaction, you’ll play as Virgo, the Holy Queen, often called Dreadful Queen by heretics, bringing mayhem to the Zodiac Realms and leaving a trail of stardust on the way, all to fit her excessively righteous worldview.

I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
