It was the best part of a year ago that we heard of Zorro The Chronicles. Back then the world was in a very different place, with the teams at PVP Games and BKOM Studios looking to drop the game to PC and console in the Fall. That date came and went, with nothing in the way of a firm release. That is until now, as NACON step in and a new release window is confirmed.
Getting straight down to it, Zorro The Chronicles will release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC come June 2022. And there’s a new trailer to celebrate that fact.
It comes as NACON get behind things and with PVP GAMES and BKOM studios in the house, in collaboration with Zorro Productions Inc. and the Canada Media Fund, we should be seeing Zorro in video game form soon. It’s those teams which are pleased to unveil the new trailer of Zorro The Chronicles, the game that delivers an action-packed adventure for the entire family, combining thrilling combat, exciting exploration, and immersive experience.
In Zorro The Chronicles – the game – you can be the legendary Zorro or his fearless sister Ines. From there, expect fun and action-packed adventures as the video game is targeted at all ages and skills, as is its hero character Zorro, beloved for nearly a century by young and old alike around the world, hits the gaming scene.
It’ll have you exploring the game’s world with eye-catching visuals as breathtaking as in Zorro The Chronicles animated series. Enjoy fun and rewarding swashbuckling combat featuring hilarious yet spectacular finishing moves. Disarm your enemies with a whip, a sword, dazzling moves, and humour! Deflect their attacks with acrobatic moves and lightning-quick reflexes. And yep, you’ll get to leave your mark on them with a ‘Z’ from the tip of your sword.
The videogame version of Zorro The Chronicles is adapted from Cyber Group Studios’ hit animated series of the same name, produced in collaboration with John Gertz’s Zorro Production Inc for France Télévisions (France) and RAI (Italy). It’s a blockbuster show which has been sold in over 100 countries to major broadcasters, with the animated program nominated at the 13th edition of the TV France International Export Awards and as “Best Kids TV series” Pulcinella Awards at Cartoons on the Bay (Italy).
