Having spent some three tears in Steam Early Access, you’d expect to see Roboquest bucking some trends and releasing in its best possible state. At least that is the plan as it breaks free from Steam Early Access to kick some metal ass on Xbox, Game Pass and PC.
Available right now on Game Pass, Xbox and PC, Roboquest is a fast-paced first person shooter in which a host of roguelite mechanics will come to the fore. It’s a game that has been honed by the Starbreeze and RyseUp Studios team after a period in Early Access – if you want a game that will allow you to really kick some metal ass, Roboquest is going to be for you.
A lightning fast FPS
It’s priced at £19.99 if you prefer to open the wallet rather than utilise a Game Pass subscription, promising a lightning-fast FPS in return. Playable across both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S this is a game that should be seen to have built on its Early Access roots, with both single player and two player cooperative action in place.
In Roboquest you’ll be tasked with upgrading your basecamp and utilising persistent upgrades as you look to take it to the foes ahead. With a ton of weapons to hand, loads of unique upgrades and multiple playstyles, this is one that looks set to excel.
