Still playing Vigor Chronicles? It’s time to start adapting to the cold with the latest chapter – Isolation.
Available today (pretty much as you read this, hopefully) is Bohemia Interactive’s latest installment in the Vigor Chronicles saga. A free-to-play looter shooter, today we usher in the bone-chilling cold with Vigor Chronicles: Isolation.
The new update for Vigor – available right now – introduces the new M14 rifle, Eikevjen as a new map in Shootout mode, the new smoke grenade consumable and melee improvements. If you’re looking to gain tactical advantages, some new rewards and more, it’s something that should well appeal.
A new chilling update
This new update focuses on a Battle Bass filled with winter elements and snow camo cosmetics. It also introduces the smoke grenade consumable. This is something that the community has been requesting for a long time.
There are new weapons too with another much requested item being the M14 rifle which makes its long-awaited debut in the Vigor roster of weapons. And you’ll get to shoot to glory with that as a new map introduces itself into the frey – Eikevjen; a brand new Shootout map. The thing that will make Eikevjen stand out is definitely the hay maze at the center of the map which is bound to provide lots of close combat thrills.
“We wanted to kick off 2024 with a military season. And having a winter theme would fit regarding timing. So we decided to do a winter soldier themed update. Have a lot of snow camos to promote more stealthy and sneaky gameplay especially in winter maps! We’re also really excited to introduce the smoke grenade this update, as its something that our community has been asking for a long time. We’re also very excited to introduce our new map, Eikevjen. It’s got its own hay maze and sewage system which is bound to provide lots of close combat excitement to our players.” said Marketing Specialist, Antonis Dimosthenous.
