Available right now on the usual digital stores, Hirilun could well drum up some memories. You remember those better times, when Mirror’s Edge was dominating the first person parkour scene? Well, this is looking to embrace those days, delivering an explorative, competitive take on roof traversal.

Running as a time-trialling first person platformer, Hirilun is from that Ratalaika Games team who continue to pile us with great little indie games. Created by Gone Mad Studios and priced at a mere £9.99, Hirilun will see you trying to navigate your way across the city of shadows. It’s this which is portrayed in a black and white, monochromed style, splattered with power-ups to help you on your way.
Frankly, we’re right on board with what is on offer in Hirilun. If only as we’re big fans of Mirror’s Edge (maybe not the failure of Mirror’s Edge Catalyst) and the parkouring fun that used to be able to deliver.
