My one and *hopefully* only encounter with L.O.L. Surprise! was back when my cousin was a few years younger, and her Christmas list was full of toys and games from the doll franchise. It seemed every other girls wishlist also was full of it, because we had our own Jingle All the Way moment trying to find a specific one. Thankfully, this new release is available digitally, meaning there should be no shortages. L.O.L. Surprise! B.B.s BORN TO TRAVEL is out today on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC.
Choose your character and then jet off around the world. You will need to undertake challenges – which look heavily inspired by the likes of Overcooked, if not completely identical – to unlock new dolls, stickers and more. Finally, showcase your newly unlocked dolls in fashion shows and music concerts. These are not inspired by Overcooked.
Share your globetrotting adventure with up to four friends locally and share your collections together. Or fight over who gets which doll. I think I know which version of events will be more likely.
