Those who occasionally venture away from the Xbox world and find themselves dipping in and out of the mobile scene will know all about The Last Door and the hidden horrors that lie within. Well, now it’s time to move back to the console as The Last Door hits Xbox One in Complete Edition form.

Since first releasing in 2012 on the back of some Kickstarter funding, The Last Door from the team at The Game Kitchen has gone from strength to strength, with it pushing out eight episodes over the years. Now we see those all come together on Xbox One with The Last Door – Complete Edition, allowing us to really understand what it is like to be alone in the dark.

Priced up at £12.49, The Last Door – Complete Edition on Xbox One throws us into Victorian England as one Jeremiah Devitt receives a letter from a long lost school friend. Cryptically written, the journey to understand the problems of his friend begin, taking us to an abandoned manor to open doors which should quite possibly have been left closed.

This is where the deepest secrets of The Last Door – Complete Edition take hold and as you investigate the world ahead will find that many puzzles will be put before you. With a low-res visual style – admittedly enhanced – some remastered sound play and unlockable extras to find, this is one point-and-click adventure which defines horror.

If you wish to open The Last Door then heading to the Xbox Store and paying up the £12.49 required will see a download magically moving towards your Xbox One. Surely the draw of the secrets within means The Last Door is worth a little look? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
