Use that bow and arrow in Bloomyth

Bloomyth on Xbox is as heartwarming as heartwarming platformers come. It’s one in which fans of the Ori series will find much to love, as you take in a story of a father and son, and their faith in a myth. It is up to them to save a life in this whimsical land.

A Magical Adventure

Developed by Chihaus Games, Bloomyth is an ID@Xbox-backed title that releases today on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

You’ll play as a beady-eyed, skeleton-type figure who seems to be the father of this piece. It’s up to you to navigate the dangers of the world to save a life. The story is very ambiguous going in; the only way to solve this mystery is to give the game a go for yourself.

Along the way, you’ll be solving puzzles, platforming across the levels, and facing off against some pretty fiendish enemies and bosses. At all times, you’ll be left making use of your trusty bow throughout. Not only can this bow be used in its traditional sense for attacking, but will also see you zip to any targets that you shoot at. You can muster some impressing platforming feats by doing so.

The bow is a very versatile tool in Bloomyth. In fact, it’s so good that only mastery of it will allow for success as you progress through the game.

I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
