The timeless cult classic Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery, containing all three Frog Detective games, is making its way from PC to consoles. The hit indie game comes from developer Worm Club. And it will be releasing on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S (including Game Pass), Nintendo Switch and PS4/5 later this year.
About the Frog Detective series
Frog Detective is a first-person mystery series by Worm Club. And they have been helped by SUPERHOT PRESENTS that has grown a cult following on the internet.
As Frog Detective, players will have to use their investigation skills, question suspects and find clues to get to the bottom of three challenging mysteries.
About “The Entire Mystery” cases
In the first case, called ‘The Haunted Island,’ a sloth finds itself haunted by a mysterious ghost that has eluded detection for weeks. Despite enlisting the aid of a team of spectral scientists, the mystery remains stubbornly unsolved. Fortuitously for the haunted sloth, the Frog Detective arrives on the scene to unravel the puzzle.
This inaugural episode marks the start of the acclaimed series, igniting a worldwide fascination with the Frog Detective universe.
In the second intrigue, titled ‘The Case of the Invisible Wizard,’ the Detective’s path leads to Warlock Woods, where a celebratory parade held for new neighbour has been disrupted.
The newcomer vanishes amidst the aftermath, leaving the town in shambles. Will the Frog Detective manage to unveil the truth behind this predicament?
In the thrilling culmination of the series, ‘Corruption at Cowboy County,’ The Frog Detective and Lobster Cop undertake the task of solving the mystery shrouding a town without a sheriff.
However, the situation is far from straightforward. You see, a deceptively simple resolution to the case unveils a sinister plot lurking beneath the surface.
New stuff in “The Entire Mystery”
On top of all three games, The Entire Mystery will also feature an exclusive and fun new scooter mini game.
Plus, this will be the first time that Frog Detective will be localised into multiple languages. The game will be available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
“I have spent countless hours learning many languages just to translate every word meticulously myself,” says Grace Bruxner from Worm Club. “Unfortunately I am not very good at learning languages so we had to hire help, but I feel like it’s only polite that everyone buys the console versions so that my time was not wasted. Now I know how to count to three in Portuguese. Actually, I don’t. Thank you for playing, everybody.”
