Get digging with the Tools Up! Garden Party Episode 2: Tunnel Vision expansion

tools up garden part episode 2

It was only six weeks or so ago that the Tools Up! mob began to throw a Garden Party, expanding the base game and taking the madness outside. Today though that party will begin to ramp up in intensity with the release of Episode 2: Tunnel Vision.

Available today, Tools Up! Garen Party Episode 2: Tunnel Vision takes what was first delivered in the Episode 1: The Tree House drop to expand with new ideas, tools, mechanics, challenges and an altogether new opponent.

Present as part of the Tools Up! Garden Party Season Pass, and only working if you have the first part of the add-on in place, Tunnel Vision introduces players to The Hole Mole, a delightful little guy who just can’t help but to pester. It is he who comes to the surface every now and then, leaving those telltale mole hills in his wake. You’ll need to sort him, and them, out.

Episode 2: Tunnel Vision also adds new challenges to Tools Up!. For instance a simple rake will allow the planting of flowers in an easier fashion, whilst rocks can be utilised to make paths. You’ll also find pools present, letting you shift gear with ease. Oh, and there’s lava too – I mean, all gardens have lava, do they not!?

The trailer below is well worth taking in if you’re interested in what the Tools Up! Garden Party Episode 2: Tunnel Vision expansion looks to provide. Give it a watch and then keep an eye out for the DLC as it rolls out to a console or PC near you.

Tools Up! is available to play on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC. If you wish to know more about the base game, our review does a sterling job at nailing the vibe it brings. Let us know your thoughts as always – the comments are below.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
