Go Back to the Futon with the final expansion for The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos

The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos first hit the console world back in 2021 as it delivered a wacky, but really rather brilliant adventure to players. Today comes the chance to continue that adventure, with the final expansion for the game – are you ready to go Back to the Futon?

Available to purchase and download, adding in to the base The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos game is the Back to the Futon expansion. It’s priced at £12.49 from the Xbox Store and will ensure that players who enjoyed the base game will find a host of new content included.

This is not a short piece of DLC either. We guess that asking price points to that, but with Back to the Futon you should expect to be found taking in an epic tale that is about half the length of the original base game, running around twenty hours in length.

Do so and you’ll discover that your adventures send you on a quest through time and space to solve once and for all the temporal anomaly that has enveloped the Dungeon of Naheulbeuk. During these time-traveling shenanigans, our heroes will face off against multiple challenges and enemies, including the zealous cultists of Dlul, the drowsy God of Sleep, as they search for the statuette of Gladeulfeurha. It’s going to be anything but dull.

Running a turn-based tactical RPG route, The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos is full of humour, charm and utter chaos, as you take a ragtag group of the most unlikely heroes and send them forth on an adventure into the unknown. With Back to the Futon, expect to be treated to the culmination of everything introduced in The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk and its previous expansions (The Ruins of Limis and Splat Jaypak’s Arenas), Back to the Futon will allow players to reach level 16, offering them several new passive and active skills along with new gear.

The new features include:

  • Play through 4 brand new story chapters (half as much as the original game!)
  • Discover new legendary items and skills!
  • Help your characters become stronger, up to lv16
  • Perfect your tactics with new gameplay mechanics
  • Lots and lots of chickens!

If you have the base game of The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos on PlayStation or Xbox, then it may well be worth your time picking up the Back to the Futon expansion.

Let us know in the comments if you do.

DLC Description:

The adventure continues in The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk with this new DLC! Once again, your favourite party of unlikely heroes are in a bit of a pickle: arrested by the Dungeon’s Fund, they have to accomplish a dangerous mission to earn back their freedom. Join them in their new adventure across time and discover the secret behind the construction of the wackiest of dungeons, the dreaded Dungeon of Naheulbeuk. Prepare to fight the nefarious – and drowzy – cult of Dlul, the God of Sleep, to prevent the world from being stuck in an Eternal Nap. Even worse: if you don’t succeed, you could lose all your XP and your loot!
