A world full of charming characters, vivid dungeons and a magical adventure awaits those who decide to join Giraffe and Annika on Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. The question is, will you be one of them?

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch, Giraffe and Annika promises to deliver a delightful journey of music mayhem as you fall into a magical adventure that is powered by the strangest of dreams.

Priced at £24.99, in Giraffe and Annika you will join a young girl – Annika – as she awakes on a mysterious island, that if Spica Island. The thing is, she has absolutely no idea how she got there, or what she should do next, and it will only be by teaming up with a new found friend – Giraffe – and the witch Lilly, will she be able to discover some form of recollection.

What plays out from there is a hunt for three special star fragments, as Annika, Giraffe and Lilly go about their business. Only then will Annika’s memories return and we can discover the secrets of this weird island.

Should you be looking to join the gang on this adventure of a lifetime then the usual digital stores will sort you out with a download. For us here on Xbox that means paying a little visit to the Xbox Store. But those on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch should well discover their own digital platforms also playing host to Giraffe and Annika.

We’ll hopefully have some thoughts surrounding how this adventure plays out in the coming days. Keep an eye out for our review soon but in the meantime let us know if you are tempted to grab a copy of the game. Or do you feel the only giraffes you’ll be taking in are those in Zoo Tycoon?

Game Description:

After waking from a strange dream, Annika finds herself stranded on the island of Spica, having no recollection of her past. With the help of a boy named Giraffe and the witch Lily, she must find three special star fragments on the island in order to uncover her memories.
