Previously available on PlayStation and PC, it’s time for the chaos of GigaBash to take place on Xbox and Nintendo Switch – and with it comes extra Godzilla content.
Available right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is Passion Republic Games’ GigaBash. It’s also launching on Nintendo Switch today too, filling out the full console and PC roster.
Plenty of great inspiration
Priced at £19.49, GigaBash has been inspired by the likes of Power Stone and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. But there’s also more than a hint of the finest kaiju games, movies and films in there too. What this means is you get the chance to play as either a Titan, or a Titan-hunter. And it’s here where a ton of ideas and abilities come to the fore.
Whether you are summoning the power of the gods, making the most of the landscape around you, or just creating full on chaos, GigaBash looks to be a whole ton of fun.
DLC accompanies launch
And what’s more, with the added DLC pack in the form of Godzilla 4 Kaiju Pack, it gets even more exciting. This pack comes in at £8.39 and is sold as the ultimate kaiju crossover. It provides access to no less than four playable characters, ripped straight from the Godzilla universe. Expect to see Godzilla in place (obvs), as well as Gigan, Mechagodzilla and Destoroyah.
The DLC will open up a host of new opportunities in GigaBash.
The base game can be grabbed from the Xbox Store, with GigaBash playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It’s also on stores of PlayStation, Switch and PC.

Game Description
GigaBash combines the chaos and creativity of titles like Power Stone, Super Smash Bros Ultimate and War of Monsters with the jaw-dropping scale of the classic kaiju movies. Play as either a rampaging Titan or a Titan-hunting mecha; summon lightning from the heavens, use a radio tower as a baton, or roll a whole district (and your enemies) into a single massive snowball. Wreak enough havoc and you’ll evolve into your final form, the terrifyingly titanic S-Class.

The ultimate kaiju crossover is here! The Godzilla DLC adds 4 new playable characters from the Godzilla universe: Godzilla, Gigan, Mechagodzilla, and Destoroyah! Reenact the Godzilla vs. Destoroyah final battle, or play as your favorite GigaBash character and test your mettle against the OGs of the Tokusatsu genre. Each of these new characters has its own unique abilities and movesets, featuring iconic attacks as seen in the films, along with various easter eggs to invoke your long-lost nostalgia.
