Keep moving forward – fig. is on Xbox

Move forward in fig. on Xbox

Can you survive in the world of fig.? You get to find out as the forward-moving platformer releases onto Xbox.

Available right now, running a stupidly cheap asking price of just £3.59, is fig.

It comes from the Take IT Studio team, as they drop players into a mysterious new world. You know nothing of this place, and you know not who – or what – you are. What you do know is that you need to move forward, as delicately, and precisely, as you can.

A cheap and cheerful platformer

A fairly neat looking platformer, in fig. (and yes, that game name is messing with our mind) you’ll be left to wander corridors, taking on enemies, utilising your limited skillset as you go. And as that progress is made, you can be sure that Take IT will have a boss battle or two up their sleeves too.

With your ultimate goal being to survive and escape, playing through fig. may also provide further information on the meaning behind the game. If that isn’t enough to warrant the purchase at that mere £3.59, we don’t know what is.

We’ll be looking to run a review of fig. in the very near future. For now though, take a punt and grab a download from the Xbox Store. It’s playing on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

fig. on Xbox Game Description

You do not know anything, yet you have to move forward. Wander through the corridors of a mysterious factory and recover your abilities. Fight patroling drones and break through to demanding boss battles. Seek a way out and find the meaning of the game’s title.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
