There’s an Aquarium Odyssey going down in Let’s Build a Zoo

It’s a beautiful day out: the sun is shining, birds are chirping, so why don’t we go back to the zoo? Let’s Build a Zoo is a cracking zoo sim, and the pixel graphics are as charming as any other. Today Springloaded and No More Robots have launched the Aquarium Odyssey update for the game, unlocking even more ways to impress your patrons.

Millions of Animals!

Available now on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC, the Let’s Build a Zoo: Aquarium Odyssey DLC proudly boasts over 50 new animal types. And all are obviously based around the marine biome.

With both fish and mammal species available, you’ll have to match them with one of seven new enclosure types to ensure they are at their happiest. And with Let’s Build a Zoo’s intricate cross-breeding system, the total number of animals that you can show off in your zoo reaches the millions. We dread to think what an Eeloose is – surely you can’t breed an eel and a moose together?!

The marine theme continues within the countless new decorations that can be spread across your park. There’s over 110 new shops, including brand new restaurants and bars for your customers to splash the cash in.

Key Features

  • Aquarium Odyssey features a whole NEW campaign! Bring in aquatic creatures to your zoo, entertain your guests, and choose your moral route!
  • With over 50 NEW animals, give your sea creatures a comfortable home (or not) and dive into the world of marine life. From Dolphins to Manta Rays, you can splice your animals together with over 10 million different variants! The possibilities are endless…
  • With 7 new enclosure types, your creatures will never be short of the perfect environment! From colourful reefs to dense aquatic landscapes, your guests can get up close and personal
  • Make your zoo look even more colourful with over 110 new shops, decorations, and more! The Squid Ink Pasta and Shark Bite bars are always open for business!

I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
