SHINOBI NON GRATA tells a tale all too familiar to ninja lovers. 1838 is a year of turmoil in Japan, and it is up to you, as legendary shinobi Kaina, to put a stop to the demonic Oboro Ittō clan that threatens to overthrow the government. This terrifying force has managed to recruit demons into its ranks. And they are capable of destroying any shinobi in its way.
In addition to platforming across levels, dodging the multitude of bullets on the screen, you’ll have to wait to get a hit in for yourself. When you do, use one of seven specialised weapons to inflict damage. For ranged attacks, a trusty Shuriken will do the trick, whilst the Murasame sword will be your port of call for up-close and personal strikes.
It won’t just be standard grunts that you must dispose of. Along this adventure, you’ll face off against ghosts, flying ninjas, giant crabs and many more freakish creatures, all in order to end the Oboro Ittō clan.
