A cyberpunky thriller – Love Shore is on Xbox

In the market for a new cyberpunk noir thriller and love a good visual novel? You could probably do worse than check out Love Shore on Xbox and PC.

Love Shore on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC is ready for players to get involved. Sold as a cyberpunked visual novel that has previously had Kickstarter backing, this delivers us a world that is full of secrets.

In Love Shore you have the chance to play as a couple of cyborgs – Sam or Farah. It’s up to you to go deep into the darkness of a criminal underworld, hoping to uncover your origins as you go.

The numbers sell it!

What awaits is dependant on your choices, with Love Shore coming complete with some big numbers. For instance, you’re looking at more than 300,000 words included. There are 140 illustrated moments too, along with upwards of 40 environments.

But mostly it’s the sheer number of storylines and endings that has us sold with Love Shore. How does 8 storylines, 8 romance possibilities and more than 24 endings float your boat?

Further to that and round off the stats that the Perfect Garbage team are focusing on and the OST is 49 songs strong. Not bad for a £12.49 price tag, huh?

Love Shore is on Xbox and PC now

If you’re down with the visual novel scene, fancy a new take on the cyberpunk genre that flooded the landscape a few years back, Love Shore is probably worth a look. Grab Love Shore on Xbox from the Xbox Store right now. It’s playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. You’ll find Love Shore on PC through Steam too.

We’ll get a look at this in review soon.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
