We’ve already seen a bit of Necromunda: Underhive Wars gameplay, but now Rogue Factor and Focus Home Interactive are back to share a trailer focusing on the gangs within the game.

Necromunda: Underhive Wars is a third-person, action-packed tactical game crafted in Games Workshop’s iconic city-scape. Gang warfare and bloody victories are at the center of proceedings, featuring the gangs from the three great houses of Necromunda: the Escher, Goliaths, and Orlocks. Today you’re getting an introduction to all your new pals and sworn enemies via the new Gangs of the Underhive trailer. Each gang of the Underhive is dedicated to one of the aforementioned three houses, ensuring their talents and specialities are rather varied.

Here’s an overview of the gangs:

  • The Orlocks are ranged specialists capable of incredible accuracy. They’re also tough to kill and the richest of the gangs thanks to their ownership of key industrial areas in the Underhive.
  • The Escher are a women-only gang that control a ludicrous amount of chem and stim production within the Underhive. They’re also brutal, psychotic killers with a penchant for melee combat.
  • Goliaths are gene-forged monsters of humans – the muscle of the Underhive. They don’t care for subtlety and will happily engage the enemy with any sort of massive weapon.

Which gang you choose is merely the beginning of your journey. From there onwards expect endless customisation in terms of guns and even careers. How about their colour scheme, perks, stats, and the like? Well, that’s down to you. You don’t need to decide immediately, but at least start mulling it over because Necromunda: Underhive Wars releases on 8th September for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Steam for PC.
