If you’re intrigued by the upcoming open-world investigative supernatural thriller, The Sinking City, then you won’t want to miss the latest trailer offering a glimpse of the Lovecraftian setting you’ll be immersed in and the madness it’ll bring upon its release.
The ‘Death May Die’ cinematic trailer features the main protagonist, Charles Winfield Reed, as he awakens in Oakmont, Massachusetts. It becomes obviously pretty swiftly that this once thriving harbour is now in ruins, isolated from the rest of the world and overcome with supernatural occurrences. The sky is falling, but it’s not the sky and is instead a mass amount of water, which he succumbs to and comes face to face with a monstrous creature. And then he wakes up, starting the cycle of madness all over again.
Is Charles losing his mind? What’s going on in this rather unsettling city? Can you figure it out before insanity takes over our private investigator’s mind?
You’ll have to wait for Bigben and Frogwares to release The Sinking City for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on 21st March, 2019 to get the answers to these questions. For now though, we’ll have to settle for the spectacular new trailer that’s well worth watching!
