Available right now as the latest from Happy Broccoli Games (they previously behind the brilliant Kraken Academy) is Duck Detective: The Secret Salami. It waddles onto Xbox, PC and Nintendo Switch as you get the opportunity to play as Eugene McQuacklin – the Duck Detective.

As you may suspect from a game with the title Duck Detective: The Secret Salami, this is a quirky tale in which you life out the live of a down-on-your-luck detective. And yes, you are a duck. From there, it’s all pretty straight – head into the mystery at hand, interrogate the weird and wonderful, ruffle some features and try to find the answers you are looking for. In this case, they sit in a sinister sausage-baed conspiracy.
Making the most of the information you gather is key to success in Duck Detective: The Secret Salami, as a three hour or so mystery unfolds.
It’s priced well, at £8.49 from the Xbox Store. And when you consider the key features, that price is all the more appealing.
