The adventures and puzzles have long been promised but now a confirmed release date for The Sexy Brutale has been announced.
Arriving on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, the Casino Mansion of The Sexy Brutale will open for business on 12th April 2017.
The first co-production between RiME creator Tequila Works and UK-based developer Cavalier Game Studios, the first gameplay trailer has also been released alongside the launch date. You can see it below as it features elderly priest Lafcadio Boone, who is attempting to prevent a recurring series of murders that are taking place over the course of a single, endlessly-looping day within The Sexy Brutale casino mansion.
In order to progress, Boone must hide, watch and learn the colorful stories of the other guests at the ball in order to save them from grisly deaths at the hands of the mansion’s staff. Every life they save will get them closer to the secrets of The Sexy Brutale and its owner – the enigmatic Marquis.
We will as always remind you when the launch date arrives, but for now, that trailer below really does require some watching.
