The game boasts impressive hoard mechanics, you’ll be fighting off countless of the Skaven army, the vermin soldiers who have decided to claim Ubersreik for their own. To aid you in pushing back the Vermintide, you will have a vast array of melee, ranged, and magic weapons, varying from hero to hero. Each weapon is tailored to the personality of the character you will be playing as. Elf characters, for example, will have dual wielded daggers which they can accurately and swiftly utilise to bring their enemies to an elegant end.
Those familiar with the Warhammer universe will appreciate the rich detail that Vermintide offers. Feeling the rumbling of the ground as a rat-ogre charges you and your team will surely get your blood pumping. Speaking of blood pumping, Vermintide features a unique blood spatter system which gives each kill of a Skaven beast a satisfying feel.
