Lovecraftian influences, stunning visuals, robust puzzling, unique combat, immersive narrative and some gorgeous jazz noir elements. Is there anything The Last Case of Benedict Fox can’t do?

Available to purchase and download today on Xbox Series X|S, PC and through Game Pass, The Last Case of Benedict Fox from Plot Twist and Rogue Games is quite possibly one of those ‘must-play’ games, as you follow the title and take on the last case of one Benedict Fox; a self-proclaimed detective who is bound to his demon companion.

Taking on the role of Ben Fox and you’ll find yourself thrust into a twisted world, one that is full of secret organisations, cults, rituals and cold-blooded murders. As a detective, it’s up to you to delve into this world, exploring the memories of the deceased victims that you stumble upon. But doing so will unleash all manner of demons your way.

There’s no doubt about it, The Last Case of Benedict Fox is surreal, especially as the memories, emotions and traumas that you take in begin to take on physical forms. There’s a load going on in The Last Case of Benedict Fox, but it’s perhaps the visuals and narrative that are found here that are among the most interesting things, especially as it delves into the Lovecraftian worlds we love.

The key features of The Last Case of Benedict Fox are…

  • Stunning visual style inspired by Lovecraftian nightmares and Jazz Noir
  • Immersive narrative experience with multiple dream-like realms
  • Robust puzzle-solving experience
  • Enigmatic, non-linear exploration
  • Unique Demon-enhanced combat system
  • Unlockables, character upgrades and progression
  • A noir and Lovecraftian mystery to solve

Keep an eye out for our full review of The Last Case of Benedict Fox. It’s coming soon but for now you can grab a download of the game from the Xbox Store for Xbox Series X|S, via Game Pass if you like. It’s also on Steam and Epic.

Game Description:
