LEGO Bricktales Halloween update is free!

LEGO is usually about the fun. But occasionally it can be about the spooky too – and that’s the case with the latest free DLC for LEGO Bricktales.

A spooky LEGO update

Available today across all platforms where LEGO Bricktales is a thing, is a new free Halloween update that adds in an additional diorama, items, objectives and more. There’s a good chance you will have a copy of LEGO Bricktales on console (Xbox, maybe), PC or mobile, and so there’s no real reason to not get involved.

In this Halloween update you get to meet a mysterious witch in a swamp. From there, you’ll be left to help her out with some house repairs and uncover the lore behind how ghosts get their signature shrouds.

The LEGO Bricktales free Halloween update follows on from those that dropped in Summer and Easter. Just this time it features a new spooky diorama for you to play in, five new construction puzzles, including a crypt that needs restoring to help some bats, three new wardrobe items and a new music tracks.

What’s in the LEGO Bricktales Halloween update?

Included are…

  • 1 new diorama
  • Build a bridge to cross the swamp
  • Restore a crypt to make a bat shelter
  • Fix the roof of the witch’s house
  • Fix the door of the witch’s house
  • Build a solid stone base for the house to sit on
  • 3 new wardrobe items, rewarded upon finishing the story
  • 1 new music track

If you haven’t yet played LEGO Bricktales, take in our review and find out more. From there, you can pick up a copy of the game on Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S via the Xbox Store

LEGO Bricktales is also on PC, PlayStaton and Nintendo Switch. Let us know in the comments if the LEGO Bricktales Halloween update will tempt you in.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
