There’s not many that do the whole cyberpunk aesthetic better than One More Level and their Ghostrunner series. Okay, maybe we should throw Cyberpunk 2077 into the mix, too. Yep, it’s time to return to this gritty, neon-soaked world as Jack, ready to take down a rogue AI cult intent on shaping the future in its own image. Ghostrunner 2 is here!

The sequel to 2020’s Ghostrunner, which has been recently re-packaged into a Complete Edition, Ghostrunner 2 is now available on Xbox, PlayStation and PC for those owning the Brutal Edition of the game. If you are intending to pick up the Standard Edition or Deluxe Edition, we are afraid to say that you’ll have to wait until the 26th October to play.
After the fall of the Keymaster, a new threat is here to give you a run for your money. Gathering outside Dharma Tower, an AI cult is the next antagonist for Jack to take down.
And how will he do so? Well, it all involves a sharp samurai sword, slowing down time, the world’s best parkour skills, and a whole lot of enemies to dismember!
All-New Features
Aside from the linear action-platforming levels fans of Ghostrunner will be accustomed to, Ghostrunner 2 switches things up. Expect a smattering of non-linear parts of the game, as well as some epic motorbike sequences to really get the blood pumping.
Throw in new ways to approach bosses, ensuring that you can do things your way, and Ghostrunner 2 certainly seems to be a much more fleshed-out experience.

Ready for some ninja action? Check out Ghostrunner 2 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC. Available from the 26th, the Standard Edition of the game will cost you £34.99, whilst the £39.99 Deluxe Edition includes a variety of bonus sword and hand skins to enjoy.
However, if you want to play today, then pick up the Brutal Edition for £59.99. This includes the Digital Deluxe content, some extra skins, and Ghostrunner 2’s Season Pass.
