Prove yourself in the fast-paced world of Velocity Noodle

The gaming scene is rich with ideas, from the serious to the wacky, and pretty much everything in-between. We’re not sure we’ve ever gone into a game trying to prove ourselves in the cut-throat world of noodle delivery though.

That’s exactly what we are doing in Velocity Noodle as it releases on Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, building out the game that is already on PC. It’s a game that is all about the nimble noodle delivery world as you master the art of lightning-fast delivery, running the wrath of deadly traps, obstacles and more as you go.

Priced at £10.74, Velocity Noodle works as a 2D platformer, one that runs a wicked pace and allows for speedrunning vibes. Working various routes, making serious moves and dodging anything that gets in your noodle delivery way is all par for the course. You’ll need to keep away from those at A.D.S. – the Anti-Delivery Service too.

See, these food police are trying to put a stop to your little noodle stall, and the only thing left to save it is the fast delivery that you promise. No one wants their noodles cold.

Velocity Noodle comes with the following key features…

  • Dozens & dozens of handcrafted stages to test your noodle
  • A pettable dog, somewhere
  • Fast-paced, agility focused movement gameplay
  • A really overworked and sweaty chef
  • Time records to beat, medals to collect, and a quick-restart so the pace never lets up
  • Hard hitting synthwave soundtrack

Developed by the team at Shotgun Anaconda and published by Top Hat Studios, Velocity Noodle can be found over the Xbox Store for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It’s also on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation, as well as PC through Steam.

Game Description:

Help your little noodle stall by running, jumping, sliding, and teleporting to deliver noodles in this fast-paced 2D platformer. Feel like a speedrunner and discover routes, moves, and dodge traps to beat record times.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
