A stylish 1-4 player FPS adventure from the HandyGames and Item42 teams, PERISH lands on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, fully complete with Series optimisation for those looking for it. It’s also now on PS4 and PS5, complementing a previous PC (Steam) drop. PERISH has done alright on Steam too, gathering up ‘Mostly Positive’ reviews since launch a year ago.

It comes to Xbox with a price of £17.49, discounted if you are quick off the mark. Dive in and you’ll find yourself heading off on a creature slaying journey, down into Purgatory. It’s here where you’ll be left to beat back all, taking down the most magnificent of bosses as you go.
You play amyetri, a spirit condemned to spend life in the shadows. It’s here where you’ll be looking to put an end to everything, attempting to pull off the Rites of Orpheus as you head towards Elysium. You’ll do so by taking in a campaign fit for the cooperative masses, working through a range of weaponry, taking on thrills, pulling off challenges.

You’ll find the PERISH download you need on the Xbox Store. From there, it’s playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Alternatively, PS4 and PS5 options are available, whilst the game is also on PC. Speaking of which, if you are Steam enabled, you’ll find a free update for the Steam version of PERISH. Apart from fixes and improvements, this update will introduce a new exclusive skin for Steam players, who can now escape Purgatory as King Minos himself!

PERISH Description
