It was nearly 12 months ago when we saw the release of Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet, but now Bandai Namco are swiping back, and giving us reason to return to the world of Sword Art Online again – with the arrival of 2 new games.

Well, we say new, but if truth by told these are just really new additions to the Sword Art Online universe, with a Complete Edition of Fatal Bullet, and a release on a new format for Hollow Realization arriving.

So, what do we have? Well, coming on Friday 18th January 2019 (yes, tomorrow), we will see Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Complete Edition arriving on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. As you may expect from the title, this Complete Edition will deliver the full base game as released last year, along with all previously released DLC packs, along with the latest expansion Dissonance Of The Nexus, featuring brand new scenarios and characters.

That will mean those who didn’t get the chance to enter the world of Gun Gale previously, but fancy a little romp through a decent action RPG experience, levelling up and gathering skills in the process, will be more than sorted. For more info about the game, our full review of Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet on Xbox One is right here.

Those on Nintendo Switch will need to hold tight for a release of the Complete Edition of Fatal Bullet on that system.

What they won’t have to wait too much longer for though is the second game that Bandai Namco are delivering, that of Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition. Initially released on PS4 and PS Vita, in the Spring of 2019 Nintendo Switch players will be able to play the full game – and all the DLC – for the very first time.

With a unique story supervised by the author of the Sword Art Online, Reki Kawahara, Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition features an expansive world with a MMORPG-like interface and fierce raid Boss battles.

Are you tempted by either of these special editions of the Sword Art Online games – particularly the arrival of Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Complete Edition on Xbox One? Let us know in the comments below.
