It’s the award-winning noir puzzler that is set to hit Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch this summer, and today the indie publishers at Modus Games, and their development team at Exordium Games have announced a new prologue for Bear With Me, along with the Complete Collection and a new mobile release.
Set to arrive on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) come July 9th 2019 will be Bear With Me: The Lost Robots. This new prologue will allow gamers the world over the chance to understand why Bear With Me has become the success it has, completing the point and click adventure, in a Complete Collection.
This will bundle together episodes 1-4 for all newcomers to the franchise, becoming available on console, PC and mobile for £11.99. The Steam version will also include a digital artbook containing development visuals and concepts, as well as the full original soundtrack for the series.Â
Bear With Me: The Lost Robots will see us joining Flint, the brother whose mysterious disappearance is key to Bear With Me’s central episodes, for a journey where he encounters new and memorable characters and unveils locales distinct from the rest of the series. These events lead into episodes 1-3 and will shed light on the series as a whole.
The new prequel episode will also be available for £3.99 / €4.99.Â
If you don’t yet know of Bear With Me, then all you need to worry about is that it sees us helping out leading detectives Amber and Ted E. Bear, as they exchange sharp banter while searching for clues, solving environmental puzzles, and cross-examining potential suspects in their investigation into Flint’s vanishing. The aspiring duo face more than just a mystery and witty comebacks however, as rumours swirl about a mysterious ‘man in red’ responsible for an outbreak of recent fires, and Amber will face surreal, grim dangers during her brave attempt to reunite with Flint.
It’s gone down great guns on PC and we can’t wait to see Bear With Me hit Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PS4 as well. Further to all that, you’ll also be finding Bear With Me arriving on mobile platforms later this year.
