The latest game to come out of the Ratalaika Games stable, Billy 101 is the creation of Nibb Games, as they place players into the role of Billy, a little robot who has had enough of working on the production lines. Down in the dumps, he decides to do what any self-respecting robot should do – blows everything and everyone up. This is a tale of a little robot trying to get on with his life.
Priced at £4.99 with an initial launch discount in place, Billy 101 will have you working through some platforming magic as you shoot anything that moves – and lots of stuff that doesn’t – making your way through a variety of puzzles with the use of your mechanical arm. Success is felt by whether or not you eventually make it for a chat with your boss – who you’ll no doubt be looking to end too.
Some thirty levels make up what Billy 101 has to offer and as this is a Ratalaika Games title, you should expect those stages to throw simple Gamerscore and easy achievements your way. If you’re still hearing the ping after twenty minutes or so, we’d be very surprised.
