It's been some years, but now it's time to take it back to where it all began, with the newly rebooted Saints Row. 

It was back in 2020 that we told you a new Tintin game would be coming. At the time, all we knew is that it would be a collaboration between Microids and Moulinsart - details were very sketchy. Today though the blanks can be filled, as Tintin Reporter - Cigars of the Pharaoh is confirmed.

The R-Type series recently reached the ripe old age of 35 years. In gaming terms, it is one of the old boys now, but this didn’t stop R-Type Final 2 coming out to strong reviews back in 2021. And the post-release has been consistent also. In fact, today even has two new sets of DLC for R-Type Final 2 on Xbox and PlayStation. But don’t worry, you don’t need to purchase both of them.

As a proud and loyal Leodiensian, any chance to big my hometown up and you can bet I am going to take it. As also a loyal gamer, any chance to wax lyrical about my favourite pastime and I am again going to seize the opportunity. Combine both together though and well, insert that gif of that guy whose mind is being blown. I am going all the way in.

Blokes love tanks. There is just something universally appealing to tanks when males are involved. Whether that starts from a young age or not, blokes just love tanks. And Arenas of Tanks, out today on Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, allows those early childhood games of playing with toy tanks to come to life.

Pretty much anyone who has picked up a controller in the last couple of decades will be familiar with the Metroidvania scene; the genre is full of various options. Come 2023 though a new take will arrive, one that mixes in dark fairy tales to the usual Metroidvania stylings. That game? RIN: The Last Child.

As if Bassmaster Fishing 2022 fans didn't have enough to worry about already, a new Throwback B.A.S.S. Pack becomes available, giving anglers the chance to go properly old school with a host of retro stylings. 

Having originally been unveiled in March 2022 under the Urban Venture name, a new name and release date awaits that of Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator.
