I’m not even going to pretend like I know what I am on about here, so lets just jump straight into it. There are three new characters available today for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC. The Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke (Entertainment District) Character Pack is out now.

There’s a new pirate game in town and we’re not talking about Skull and Bones for a change. This one is all about teaming up with friends locally or online and taking down rival pirate ships using any method you can think. Plunder Panic is out today on Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, featuring cross play between platforms and PC.

Titles made by just one person, which manage a successful PC release and get put onto consoles, simply must be applauded. So put your hands together for Piotr Rochala, a Polish indie developer who has put together Amazing Chicken Adventures. 

There are now over 180 games published by Ratalaika Games on Xbox, so you’d struggle to find a gamer without one on their card. They’ve encompassed almost every genre during that time and appealed to almost every gamer too. Today’s offering is a point and click game with a creepy atmosphere, which feels somewhat like a lost genre. Hopefully not though, as The Dark Prophecy is out today on Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.

Pong is one of the most iconic videogames of all-time, not to mention one of the oldest. It is a formula that has endeared for 50 years. There have been imitators and renegades to try and change the gameplay over time, and we have another one here today. Out now on Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch is Paddles.

Don’t let this title mislead you, as it is referencing something that clearly doesn’t exist. I’m not talking about unicorns either, they obviously exist. No, I am talking about 1-bit, this is the fictional part of that videogame title. Eville, a game from VestGames, published by Versus Evil, is building an experience around that simple concept.

Whilst there are a host of word and number puzzles available on the Xbox Store, the vast majority of those - at least the best ones - come from those at Lightwood Games. It seems that Lightwood have got themselves a bit of competition though as Puzzle by Nikoli W Sudoku starts the tease on Xbox and PC.
