GTA may have been pumping out new vehicles on a near weekly basis in recent months, but this week Rockstar are taking a break from vehicular additions with a new focus on Challenges and Discounts for the week ahead in GTA Online.
First up this week are the Challenges and with Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 almost upon us, it’s not suprising to see the weapon Challenges being pushed into focus. For those of you who aren’t yet aware of GTA Online’s Red Dead Challenges, it’s well worth checking out your in-game email for links from [email protected] . Following their hints, along with assisting Maude Eccles can both lead to unique weapons in the form of the Double-Action Revolver & Stone Hatchet that, once unlocked, can also be used in the highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2. All you’ll need to do is link your Rockstar Social Club account. There is also a GTA $250,000 reward on offer for completion.
Should you have already completed these challenges then worry not as anyone who completes the challenges and logs-in by October 29th will receive a bonus GTA $250,000 for the completion of them both, seeing the grand reward sitting pretty at GTA $500,000 overall.
Whilst we’re on the subject of bonuses, this week sees some rather exciting bonuses given for those participating in the GTA Gunrunning Sell Missions as well as the VIP/CEO Work and Stunt Races, with double GTA$ & RP available for all. Gunrunning Research gets a 25% speed boost.
Finally, those lucky owners of the Mobile Operations Center can find any Weaponised Vehicle Mission also raking in double GTA$ and RP.
The final noteworthy addition to GTA Online this week is of course the exciting discounts that allow players to get hands on with the most luxurious items for a fraction of their usual price. This week’s discounts are as follows:
