The delightful toy train set game, Tracks, is currently in Early Access on Steam for PC and is receiving plenty of positive feedback. The good news for us Xbox gamers is that Excalibur Games have announced the plans to launch Tracks on Xbox One in September; the same day it’ll become a fully-fledged title on PC. All aboard the excitement train!

Edit: Tracks – The Train Set Game on Xbox One has now been pushed back to arrive come October 11th 2019.

So, for those blissfully unaware, what is Tracks? Well, it’s a lovely toy train set builder, developed by Whoop Group, which provides you with the tools to play without limits. You’ll be able to jump into an expansive sandbox, either with a blank canvas or a pre-made environment, and lay down track pieces, create bridges and build towns with Tracks’ easy to get to grips with gameplay – you can even have a hand in choosing the colours and patterns adorning the train.

Once you’re happy with everything, it’s time to hop into the driver’s seat and ride your little train in first-person view, where it’s possible to control the speed and direction, as you ride the rails. Letting your imagination thrive while you build the toy train set of your dreams is the order of the day in Tracks. And for those eagerly awaiting its arrival, the release date is currently set for 20th September, 2019 on Xbox One and PC.

Will you be coveting a ticket to ride on the toy train sets in Tracks when it launches? Leave us a comment below or send a message via one of our social media channels. We always love to know what you think!

Been gaming casually since the SNES as a youngster but found my true passion for games on the Playstation 1 (the forbidden word ooo). My addiction grew to its pinnacle with the purchase of an Xbox 360 & Xbox Live Service. A recovering GS hunter that will still play literally any game.
