Having launched on Xbox back in 2021, Mr. Prepper gave players the opportunity to create the ultimate underground shelter; a safe place of their dreams. Playing out as a survival crafter, it was only the dodgy controls which really let the experience down. We’d guess those won’t have been fixed with this new DLC, but when you get the chance to rebuild with the Animal Farm, it’s hard to say no.

Available right now as a DLC expansion for Mr. Prepper is Animal Farm. This content pack will set you back £6.69. And it requires you to have the base game of Mr. Prepper in your library too. If you already have that, you’re good to go with what is on offer here.
In Mr. Prepper – Animal Farm you’ll find yourself flung onto the farm of the Murricavilles. It’s here where you’ll be tasked with tending to their crops, understanding their animals and more. Ultimately, much like in Mr. Prepper’s base game, you’ll be left to try and work out what the hell is going on.
Shelter life is the only way forward for Mr. Prepper it seems. Even if that life is interwoven with that of a farmer. The question is, should you ever work with animals?
