Dead or Alive 6, the latest instalment of iconic fighting series from KOEI TECMO America and Team NINJA, is set to feature two returning characters as part of its roster. That’s right, fan favourites Brad and Eliot will join the other 22 playable characters already announced when DOA 6 arrives in February 2019.

In case you didn’t know, Brad Wong, also known as “The Drunken Fighter,” is a master of Zui Ba Xian Quan. Using his drunken style he can confuse opponents while striking adversaries from a range of unusual stances including hand-standing and facing backwards to simply laying down on the ground. Wong spent years training in the remote mountains of China; that was until his master ordered him to begin a journey in search of a legendary liquor. After giving the previous tournament a miss, the drunken boxer returns in Dead or Alive 6, looking to take out all comers.

Joining Wong for this Dead or Alive 6 reveal is the travelling martial arts scholar and “The Apprentice of the Iron Fist”, Eliot. He can launch at opponents with a furious volley of consecutive Xingyi Quan attacks thanks to techniques learned from his master, Gen Fu. After participating in the fourth tournament, Eliot set off to discover himself and take up martial arts training alongside Brad Wong; where Master Fu permitted Eliot to learn the legendary style of Xinyi Liuhe Quan. Now he’s entering the sixth DOA tournament with the improved skill and plenty of confidence as a true first-rate martial artist.

Also unveiled today is a video showcasing the two fighters and a brand new battle arena called “UNFORGETTABLE”. It’s a gallery type stage consisting of various nostalgic locations from previous DOA titles, including their fully-operational Danger Zones. You can check it out below and don’t forget that Dead or Alive 6 is set to launch Xbox One, PS4 and PC on 15th February, 2019!
