EA Sports UFC is continuing to look promising as the best attempt at a UFC title and it’s coming to the Xbox One in June 17th (NA) or June 20th (EU). Here we will gather the full list of playable fighters within the EA Sports UFC roster.
Below is the first batch (9th January) revealed by EA including the initial announced fighter Jon “Bones” Jones back in December.

On the 14th January a solitary fighter was revealed… the start of a second batch maybe? Keep checking back. (*UPDATE – Indeed another couple of fighters have trickled through.) And now the Iceman cometh to this steller cast of lethal individuals. Would you like a Cowboy and The Hulk? You’re in luck. On 2nd February the batch continued to grow, including a two time Heavyweight Champion and it was added to again on 7th February.

Batch two was rather large and now the third set have begun to emerge. Step up to the plate a “Super Samoan”, a guy who’s currently looking to bounce back from a UFC 167 defeat and that guy’s next opponent at UFC 170! The latest update sees the most dominant force in women’s MMA and an Olympic medalist; there’s also room for three other new combatants. A couple more high profile names appearing now including Junior Dos Santos who was a warrior during his most recent fight. We best keep in between Rousey and one of the next three fighters revealed on 29th March. Half of the popular duo, the Diaz brothers, has bee included along with three other competitors on 3rd April.

April 11th – Incase you thought your favourite fighter might have missed out on the cut, fear not because we now have the fourth batch of fighters including “Big County”. Following those came the news most British fans had been waiting to hear, the local lad Bisping had made the final cut! May 2nd – We present to you a further three fighters; step into the Octagon “Mr Wonderful”, “The Carpenter” and the submission specialist Jim Miller. May 9th – a job lot of five this time around, featuring a Baron, a Hitman and a Juggernaut… sounds like the start of a joke, but it’s not these are serious competitors.

A mystery fighter was announced as a playable character with various clues for fans to guess who it was. Using the clues such as born in America, never has fought for the UFC and showing the colours yellow and black (that classic outfit) we believe it could be… BRUCE LEE! Check back for confirmation.
Update:
We have confirmation from EA that the mystery fighter will indeed by the legend that is Bruce Lee. He will be a pre-order bonus but you can also obtain him via beating the Career Mode, check it out below. Alongside that confirmation,EA have also announced that the game will release on Xbox One come June 17th or June 20th depending on your location.
For the long serving fans of UFC I don’t even have to explain who Royce Gracie is but for those who don’t know he’s a vital part of history and he’s in this game. The winner of the first ever UFC tournament and the only three time tournament winner will be playable by doing one of two things. You can get your hands on Gracie by either completing the Career mode on at least Pro difficulty or pre-ordering EA Sports UFC from GAME for instant access.
After a recent EA UFC media day in Sydney, the people over at Submission Radio managed to get a hands-on session with EA Sports UFC. Subsequently here is the remaining fighters left to be revealed by EA with more expected to come in future DLC.
